The AICTE GATE Scholarship 2025 has officially opened for registration for postgraduate engineering and design students across India. The All India Council for Technical Education – AICTE provides this scholarship to students enrolled in the first year of ME, MTech or MDes programs having valid GATE or CEED score. Who are eligible for the AICTE GATE Scholarship 2025?

Before applying for AICET scholarship candidates must go through the detailed eligibility conditions set by AICTE to know about eligable criteria:

  1. Candidates must possess a valid GATE or CEED 2025 score at the time of admission.
  2. The applicant should be enrolled in the first year of an AICTE-approved ME or MTech or MDes course.
  3. Foreign students sponsored candidates and those admitted through management quota will not be eligible.
  4. The admission must fall within the validity period of the GATE/CEED score.
  5. Students admitted to part time courses are not eligible.
  6. A general savings bank account linked to Aadhaar is mandatory – Joint, Jan-Dhan or limited transaction accounts will not be accepted.
  7. OBC candidates from the creamy layer are ineligible for the scholarship.
  8. Students belonging to SC or ST or OBC – Non-Creamy Layer or PwD categories must upload valid category certificates, properly attested by their institute or a gazetted officer.
