  2. Click on ‘Students’‘Login’ under the One-Time Registration (OTR) section.
  3. If you’re a new user, click on ‘New User? Register Yourself’.
  4. Enter your mobile number, verify with OTP, and complete the registration.
  5. Log in using OTR ID and password.
  6. Select the desired UGC scholarship scheme.
  7. Fill in your details carefully and upload all required documents.
  8. Submit your application and note the temporary registration number.

Face authentication through the OTR mobile app is mandatory to complete your registration. Submitting multiple applications may result in disqualification.

Renewal Process for Existing Scholars

For renewal, log in using your existing credentials and choose ‘Renewal Application’ for 2025–26. Upload your previous semester’s marksheets, progress report signed by the Head of Department, and re-validate documents if needed. Renewal must be completed before November 15, 2025, to ensure uninterrupted funding.
